How quickly does an order start?
Live viewer and chat services usually begin within a few minutes. Growth services such as followers or views follow the average time shown next to the service.
Can I change a live order after it starts?
Yes. Open the Orders page, find the running package and use Settings to adjust the viewer count, connection interval and other options.
Which payment methods are available?
The available methods are listed on the Add funds page after you sign in. Balance is credited automatically once the payment is confirmed.
What happens if an order is not delivered?
Orders that cannot be delivered are cancelled and the undelivered quantity is refunded to your balance. Partial deliveries are refunded proportionally.
Do you offer an API for resellers?
Yes. The API page documents the endpoints for services, orders, status and balance. Your key is available on the Account page.
How do I contact support?
